The purpose of the Team Selection Committee is “to designate a leadership team for each Cursillo, selecting individuals who are spiritually prepared, well-versed in the Cursillo technique and method, and active in the School and in the Ultreya.”
How We Select Team Members

- Commit to one-year follow-up with the candidates on the Cursillo weekend — be of assistance to new Cursillistas
- Ability to pay cost of weekend, presently $200.00 — arrangements regarding payment of costs may be considered (i.e., scholarships)
- At least one year since weekend experience
- Indicate a willingness to serve, to subordinate oneself for the group
- Respond to the call to be on team within 72 hours.
When calling a team, the Team Selection Committee shall explain to the potential team member the importance of the above and forward a hard copy or e-mail copy of the guidelines and request acknowledgement.
